The goal of this activity is to hear about roadway safety issues within the City of Atlanta. The information shared on this mapping activity will be used to inform City policies for roadway design. We request that you leave comments about specific experiences and observations about the roadways and locations you have traveled (driving, walking, biking, etc.) within the City.
How to Provide Input
Click and drag any of the 5 markers (from the menu at the top of the page) onto locations where you have experienced unsafe conditions. Please add as many markers as you wish.
Provide a comment to explain the issue you have experienced. Photos can be shared with your comment.
Answer a few follow-up survey questions.
Interact with existing comments by hovering your cursor over a marker and using the ‘Like’ or ‘Dislike’ buttons.

Above the map, there are options to search by address (using the magnifying glass).
You may zoom in or out using the Zoom slider (or click the + and - buttons) on the right side of the map. If you are using a computer mouse, you can zoom with the mouse toggle.
In the upper right corner of the map (above the zoom bar), you may click the Layers button to switch the map view from Google Aerial Map to Google Street Map. You can also toggle the NPU layer on and off here.
Neighborhood Planning Units (NPUs) are official groups of neighborhoods that act as avenues for residents to express concerns and provide input in developing plans to address the needs of each neighborhood, as well as to receive updates from City government. Atlanta has 25 NPUs comprised of 240 unique neighborhoods throughout the city.
